Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record this 6 day of July 1929,at 9 :30 o'clock A.M. <br />Register of ee s <br />-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- <br />FINAL DECREE: <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEERASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF DECREE <br />JOSEPH ZILLER, DECEASED <br />Now on this 9 day of July 1929, this cause came on for hearing on the final <br />report of Mary Ziller, Administratrix of the Estate of Joseph Ziller, deceased, and it appear- <br />ing to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties interested <br />as by law required, of the filing of said report and it further appearing to the Court after <br />a full examination that the account exhibited by said Administratrix is correct in all things <br />and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Administratrix has <br />accounted for all of said estate which has come into her hands. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Mary Ziller, Administratrix <br />of the Estate of Joseph Ziller, deceased, be and the same is approved as and for her final <br />report. <br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the <br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate <br />of said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claimo <br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral exp <br />of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all <br />outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred an <br />excluded. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court that all persons are forever bar <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Joseph Ziller, <br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Administratrix has received in cash from all sources the sum of <br />$2071.41 as shown on her report of April 1,1929 and certain sums, to -wit: $744.87, as shown <br />,,on her report of date May 27th, 1929. That she has made certain disbursements as are shown in <br />'i reports and that at the time of her final report she had cash on hand in the sum of $659.59; <br />that she has made distribution of such cash, unsold securities, certificates, mortgages and <br />;- personal estate as are shown in the inventory and reports by a division of the same between <br />herself, as widow of said deceased, and Mary Zoch as daughter of said deceased, each taking a <br />one -half interest therein. <br />That each has signed a full and complete receipt for her distributive share of the personal <br />l <br />'!assets of said deceased and that all sums and securities coming into the hands of said Admin- <br />istartrix have been disbursed and there remains nothing in her hands for distribution. <br />f� <br />ji <br />see <br />ier <br />
