<br />notice,as required by law,has been given to all persons interested,the filing of said report
<br />(I and of the time fixed for the final settlement of said estate.

<br />j After a full examination of said report toe Court,being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed and approved;that
<br />said Executors hate accounted for all of the estate of said deceased coming into their hands
<br />or under their oo ntrol;that they have paid the costs of administration and all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate;that they have paid the funeral expense,the expense of
<br />last sickness and all other debts of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that Susanna Rouse,wife of George L.Rouse,deceased,preceded him
<br />in death,
<br />The Court further finds that the legacy provided in the will for George L.Rouse,Jr.,in
<br />the sum of $500.00 has been paid;that tae legacy provided for Enoch Rouse under said will
<br />in the sum off $1000.00 4as been paiditha.t the legacy provided for Riley Rouse in the sum
<br />I
<br />of $1500,00 has been paid,and that the legacy provided for under said will for Ida Daily f
<br />in the sum of $000.00 has been paid,and that the above named Executors have taken receipts
<br />I� for the payment of said legacies and that said receipts have been filed in the office of
<br />I
<br />{ the County Judge of Hall County,Nebra,ska.
<br />(� The Court further finds that the compensation provided in said will for George L.Rouse,
<br />Jr.,and Samuel N.Wolbach,Executors and Trustees,has been fully paid.
<br />' The Court further finds that all of the real estate belonging to said estate and all per-
<br />sonal property belonging thereto has.been sold and the proceeds received therefrom has been
<br />duly accounted for by the Executors.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executors received from all sources the sum of $57,632.4];
<br />and that said Executors have paid out the sum of $57,214.96,leavi.ng a balance on hand in t Yee
<br />sum of $4+17.45 to be distributed among the residuary legatees as provided for in said will,
<br />and that said sum should be distributed as follows; To Mabel Sanborn,$59.63,to Wayne Rouse,

<br />$59•03,to Henry F.Rouse,$59.63,to George L.Rouse,$59.63,to Mary Gilbert,$59.63 Vern Rouse,
<br />$59.63 and to Riley Rouse,$59.63
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said
<br />George L.Rouse,deceased,of the time limited and the place appointed for filing claims against��
<br />the estate of said deceased and that the time allowed creditors for filing claims has fully
<br />expired;tnat all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed,if any such exist,
<br />�i are therefore forever barred and excluded. I
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of said Executors
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account and they are
<br />discharged of their trust.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate of George L.
<br />Rouse, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George L.Rouse died on the 26th day of July,A.D.
<br />1922;that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this court on the 16 day of September,1922,and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George L.Rouse died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate,to —wit;
