Said bequests they shall have in addition to what I shall give.th m <br />farther on in this will. <br />As I have abundantly provided for my daughter,Ida,during my life time and I feel that she <br />has already received her share of my estate,I give her five hundred dollars in full satisfact on <br />of her rights in my esta.te.Should she or anyone for her attempt to set aside this will,then <br />I direct that she shall receive nothing hereunder and said legacy of five hundred dollars <br />shall revert and go back to my estate. <br />After said legacies and charges have all been paid and said executors shall have received <br />One Hundred Dollars each for their services as such executors and trustees,the balance of my <br />estate shall be divided into seven equal parts and shall be paid to the following named chil <br />ren,to -wit: George L.Rouse,Jr. ,one- seventh.Ma.bel Rouse one- seventh,Henry Rouse one- seventh, <br />Wayne Rouse,one- seventh,Enoch Rouse one- seventh,Riley Rouse one - seventh and Mary Gilbert one <br />seventh and to the respective heirs. <br />No legacy shall draw interest. <br />The powers which I have given said executors and trustees shall pass and descend to their <br />successors,should either of them for any cause whatever fail to act or qualify on this will. <br />Dated at Grand Island this 24th day of August A.D.1909. <br />George L.
