<br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />THE LAST WILL OF JULIUS PETERS.
<br />I,Julius Peters,make this my last will,hereby revoking all former wills.

<br />I appoint my wife Emilie Peters executrix of this will,and direct that she be permitted
<br />to act as such without giving bonds or other security.
<br />To my dearly beloved wife,Emilie Peters,I give and bequeath all my personal property of
<br />whatsoever kind or nature which I may own or to which I may be entitled for her use and bene-
<br />fit forever. I have made no provision out of my personal property for my children for the
<br />reason that I have full confidence and faith in my wife who at her death will divide her pro-
<br />perty in such a way as will be equitable among them.
<br />I further give to my wife the use of all my real estate for and during her natural life,
<br />at her death said real estate shall be divided in equal shares among my children,share and
<br />share alike,and to their respective heirs. The foregoing provisions made for my wife are
<br />given her in lien of her dower right ,homestead right ,right of support,and any other right
<br />which the law gives her in my property.
<br />I direct that all expenses of administering my estate,as well as any debts which shall be
<br />allowed against my estate shall be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 14th day of April,1909.

<br />ruary 1929,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Julius
<br />Peters,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesai
