682 <br />ESTATE in the matter of the Estate of William Weaver,Deceased. <br />li <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of said Court to be <br />affixed this 16th day of May 1921. <br />(SEAL) Joseph M.Turbyfill <br />Judge of the County Court. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />�ss. <br />Adams County, ) In the County Court of said County. <br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County,at the County Court Room, <br />in the City of Hastings,County of Adams,and State of Nebraska. <br />Present; Joseph M.Turbyfill,Judge of the County Court. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />of SUPPLEMENTAL AND AMENDATORY DECREE. <br />WILLIAM WEAVER,DECEASED. <br />Now on this 13th day of December,1921,this matter came on for hearing upon the Courts own <br />motion for the correction of the "DECREE OF FINAL ACCOUNT AND DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE ",made <br />and filed herein on the 16th day of May,1921. <br />And now from the records the proofs on file and the evidence the Court finds that said <br />i <br />original decree above mentioned should be correct and amended as follows,to -wit ;- <br />Section 16,Page 12 thereof to read as follows; <br />"16. The Court further finds that the value of said estate is such that it is subject to a <br />' Federal estate tax,and further that the value of the property.devised to the several legatees <br />is such that their several inheritances are subject to an inheritance tax as is more fully <br />set out in an order herein assessing such tax in the sum total of $60.00 payable to the Count; <br />i <br />Treasurers of Adams,Hall and Perkins Countyg,Nebraska,and that Charles K.Hart,administrator <br />aforesaid,should pay such tax and charge the several devisees their proportionate share of <br />said sum." <br />Seot.ion 25,page 14 thereof to read as follows ; - to -wit ; - <br />"25.
