<br />Nebraska,should be and the same HEREBY IS ASSIGNED TO AMASA WEAVER,SON,TO HIM AND HIS HEIRS
<br />EN FEE,SUBJECT TO THE TRUST ESTATE FOR AND DURING THE LIFE OF ROSALIA WEAVER,WIDOW.

<br />County,Nebraska ,should be and the same HEREBY IS ASSIGNED TO WILLIAM WEAVER,SON,TO HIM AND
<br />HIS HEIRS IN FEE,SUBJECT TO THE TRUST ESTATE FOR AND DURING THE LIFE OF ROSALIA WEAVER,WIDOW.
<br />20. That the sum of $2500.00 should be and the same is hereby ASSIGNED TO'V%WX 0PRALL,RAY-
<br />MOND PRALL,VIOLA STINER,SUSIE GROVER,AND LOTTIE REED NOCK to each of the*, one -fifth (1/5)
<br />of said amount or $5000.00 to be paid out of said estate upon the dea$`of Rosalia Weaver,
<br />widow.
<br />21. That the sum of $2500.00 should be and the same is hereby ASSIGNED TO JULIA ARTZ,to
<br />be paid out of said estate upon the death of Rosalia Weaver,Widow.
<br />22. That the sum of $2000.00 should be and the same is hereby ASSIGNED TO ROSE GIUMORE,
<br />daughter,to be paid out of said estate upon the death of Rosalia Weaver,Widow.
<br />23. That the sum of $2500.00 should be and the same is hereby ASSIGNED TO EMMA MOTT,
<br />daughter,to be paid out of said estate upon the death of Rosalia Weaver,Widow.
<br />24. That the sum of $25.00 should be and the same is hereby ASSIGNED TO ETHEL RAMSEY,
<br />daughter,to be paid out of said estate upon the death of Rosalia Weaver,Widow.
<br />25. That upon the death of Rosalia Weaver,widow,all the rest and residue of said estate
<br />then remaining should be converted tD cash by Charles K.Hart,Trustee aforesaid,or his succ-
<br />essor or successors and subject to the above specific bequests and legacies be divided
<br />y r
<br />among the following named sons and daughters,to- wit : -Amasa Weaver,kizzie Reed,Nock Julia Art ;;
<br />Rose Gilmore;and Emma Mott,shareand share alike,and in case of their death,leaving children,
<br />then to said children according to their right of representation;or in case of the death
<br />of any of said above named parties,leaving no children,the share of such person shall lapse
<br />and be divided equally among the survivors.
<br />And the same so converted to cash is hereby ASSIGNED TO THE ABOVE NAMED SONS AND DAUGHTERS
<br />ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF SAID LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM WEAVER,DECEASED.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE FURTHER ORDERED CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that Charles K.Hart,
<br />be,and he hereby is appointed trustee for all the property belongingto said estate during
<br />the life time of Rosalia Weaver,Widow,and to carry out the provisions_ofsaid last Will and
<br />Testament,the agreement herein set out and the further duties as in this Decree assigned
<br />tm him;for these purposes his bond filed herein as administrator with will annexed is con-
<br />tinued in full force and effect;His Letters of Administration with will annexed to have full
<br />j force and effect until such time as the trusts herein created are terminated or until he is
<br />property relieved of said trust and his successor appointed and qualified.
