The Court finds that Rosalie Weaver and Rosalia Weaver are one and the same person and!! <br />that her real and true name is Rosalia Weaver. <br />14. The Court further finds that by the terms of the last Will and Testament of said Willi <br />Weaver,deeeased,and by the terms of the agreement filed herein that the Administrator with <br />will annexed or Trustee herein after named,should be and he is hereby authorized and instruct <br />to pay the sum of $1450.00 out ofany funds in his hands belonging to said estate for a suit- <br />able monument as prayed for in a petition filed herein. <br />15. The Court further finds that Charles K.Hart,administrator with will annexed should be <br />appointed trustee for all the property belonging to said estate during the lifetime of said <br />Rosalia Weaver,widow. <br />16. The Court further finds that the value of said estate is such that it is subject to a <br />Federal estate tax,and further that the value of the property devised to the several legatees) <br />is such that their several inheritances are subject to an inheritance tax as is more fully <br />set out in an order herein assuming such tax in the sum total of $374.35 payable to the <br />County Treasurer of Adams County,Tor a ,1 of the several heirs and devisees and that Charles <br />K.Hart,administrator aforesaid,should pay such tax and charge the several devisees their <br />proportionate share of said sum. <br />17. The Court further finds that the real estate herein described and the personal property) <br />remaining in the hands of Charles K.Hart administrator,aforesaid should be assigned to Cha.rlel <br />K.Hart,Trustee,and to his successors in Trust for the purposes and uses as set out in said <br />last will and testament of William Weaver,Deceased,and in said agreement so filed herein for <br />
