<br />within three months thereafter as the time and place for filing claims and that all claims
<br />not filed within the time so limited should be forever barred,and directing that notice ther f

<br />be given by publication in the Hastings Daily Tribune for four successive weeks,prior to said
<br />date;that thereupon notice to Creditors was duly given and published as required by law and i
<br />compliance with the order of the Court.

<br />7. The Court further finds that the time for filing claims has long since expired and that
<br />is

<br />all claims filed and allowed and not appealed from against said estate and the costs of ad-
<br />ministration have been fully paid;and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims not
<br />filed against said estate are forever barred.
<br />9. That said Charles K.Hart submitted his account and vouchers and no one appearing to ob-
<br />ject thereto or contest the same,the Court finds that said account is just and true and show]
<br />be and is hereby allowed and approved and ordered recorded as his final account.
<br />9. The Court further finds that said William Weaver,deceased,left surviving him as his onl
<br />heirs at law,devisees and legatees under the will and only persons interested in said estate
<br />the following named persons to -wit : -

<br />Ethel Ramsey of Kenesaw,Nebraska.

<br />Walter Prall,Kearney,Nebraska
<br />Raymond P37a11,4506,Frederick Street,Omaha,Nebraska;
<br />Viola Stiner,4506,Frederick Street,Omaha,Nebraska.
<br />Susie Grover 409 East 4th Street,Hastings,Nebraska;and
<br />Lottie lieed Nock,of Grossmont,Alberta,Canada
<br />sons and daughters of Lizzie Reed,deceased daughter.
<br />And that all of the above named heirs and legatees are of full legal age.
<br />10. The Court further finds that the said William Weaver,died seized in fee of the following

<br />The South West Quarter (SW4) Section Fifteen (15),Township Nine (9),Range Thirty -six (36),
<br />In Perkins Co.,Nebr.,
<br />All of Lot One (1),and the East 17 feet of Lot two (2) Block Fourteen (14),Johnson's Addition
<br />to the City of Hastings,Nebraska.
