<br />I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my sons Amasa Weaver and William Weaver,the exeocut-
<br />ors of this my Last Will and Testament,and do hereby grant him full power and authority
<br />to sell and to execute deeds of conveyance to any and all real estate of which I may die
<br />seized,except the lands above devised to my sons. That such sale,or sales may be made at
<br />either public or private vendue,by my executors or their successors.
<br />And I further direct that they be allowed to give,as bondsmen,some good reliable bond
<br />company,and that the expense of said bond be paid out of my estate.
<br />I hereby revoke all other Wills by me made.
