<br />of the said Peter Wiese died prior to the death of the said Peter Wiese the real estate
<br />inbefore described passed and descended,by absolute title,to Katherina Seier,Dora Scheel,Adel
<br />Wiese (now Adele W'icker),and Peter Wiese,daughters and son of said deceased,and Peter Serer ,
<br />EllaSeier,(now Ella Larsen),Mabel Seier (now Idabel Nelson),and August Seier,Jr.,ohildren
<br />of Anna Seier,deeeased,who was a deceased daughter of the said Peter Wiese,deceased,in the
<br />following proportions; To Katherina Seier,Dora Scheel,and Adele Wicker,and Peter Wiese,daugh
<br />and a son of said Peter Wiese,deeeased,eaoh an undivided one - fifth ;and to Peter Seier ,Ella
<br />Larsen,Mabel Nelson,and August Seier,Jr.,grandchildren of said Peter Wiese,deeeased,each an
<br />undivided one- twentieth.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Adele Wicker,Administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of the said Peter Wiese,
<br />deceased,be,and the same hereby is,in all thinge,approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report of said Administratrix,and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Adminis-
<br />tratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate.,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined,and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisi
<br />of the last will and testament of said Peter Wiese,deeeased,and by reason of the death of
<br />Mena Wiese,wife of the said Peter Wiese,prior to the death of the said Peter Wiese,the real
<br />estate hereinbefore described passed and descended,by absolute title,as follows; To Katheri
<br />Seier,Dora Scheel,Adele Wicker,and Peter Wiese,daughters and son of said Peter Wiese,deceased
<br />each an undivided one- fifth,and to Peter Seier,Ella Larsen,Mabel Nelson,and August Seier,Jr.,
<br />grandchildren of said deceased ,being children of Anna Seier,a deceased daughter of said Peter
<br />Wiese,deceased,each an undivided one - twentieth,and distribution thereof is here §y accordingly

<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which seal is hereto attached;that said
<br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
