<br />!' the residue of my said estate,after the death of my said wife,or after my death in ease she
<br />} does not survive me,as tenants in eommon,in the proportions and shares above stated.But I
<br />especially direct that none.of said legatees or devisees named herein shall,during the life.
<br />time of my said wife,have power to sell,alienate or encumber,in any manner any of the propert
<br />herein given or devised to them.
<br />Fourth.
<br />!' I name ,nominate and appoint my said wife executrix of this,my last will and testament and �
<br />having full confidence in her,I direct that she shall not be required to give any bond as
<br />such executrix.I hereby revoke all former willsby me made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument consisting of two
<br />pages of typewritten matter,not including the attestation page,on this 4th day of Oetober,191p.
