<br />Now on this 3 day of June,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of John
<br />E.Rouhde of Wood River ,Nebraska,heretofore filed herein ,praying that the Court determine
<br />and find the date of the death of the said Elisabeth E.Fisher,deoeased;that the said Eliza-
<br />beth E.Fisher died intestate;that the heirs at law of the said Elisabeth E.Fisher be det-
<br />ermined by the Court and their respective degree of kinship fixed,aad that the right of
<br />descent of the real estate of the said Elisabeth E.Fisher,deoeased,be determined,and it.
<br />appearing to the eourt,from the proofs on file,that due and legal notioe,by publication has
<br />been given ,as by law and the order of this court required,to all oreditors,hbtre and per-
<br />sons interested in the estate of said deoeased,of the time of the filing of said petition,
<br />and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereonwhioh time was more than thirty
<br />days and less than sixty days after the filing of said petition,and there being no objeo-
<br />tions thereto,said cause was duly submitted to the Court upon the petition and the evidence
<br />produced by the pe titioner in support thereof and the Court being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds that Elizabeth E.Fisher died intestate in Pasadena,in the State of California,
<br />on the 21st day of April,1987,and that at the time of her heath the said Elizabeth E.Fish-
<br />er was a resident and inhabitant of Pasedena,California,and that the said Elizabeth E. Fish-
<br />er died seized of an estate of inheritance in real estate located in Wood River,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,consisting of the ownership in fee simple of Lot Eleven (11) in Block "D" in the
<br />First Addition to the village of Wood River in Mall County,Nebraska;that more than forty
<br />years have elapsed since the death of the said Elizabeth E.Fisher,and that no application
<br />has ever, been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of
<br />her estate nor has administration upon the estate of the said Elizabeth E.Fisher,deoeased,
<br />ever been had in the State of Nebraska that the petitioner herein is now the owner of an
