<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on
<br />the 26th day of March 1925,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Alice Rader,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th day of May,1925,
<br />said instru.nent to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Alice Rader,deceased,

<br />and the same "vas ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />ESTATE ',F ALICE RADER,
<br />DECEA5ED,
<br />Now on this fifth day of April,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of A.J.Luebs,Administrator de bonis non of the last will and testament of Alice Rader,de-
<br />ceased,and it appearing t) the satisfaction of the Court that notice as required by law has
<br />been given to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed
<br />for final settlement of said estate,by publication,and no objection or protest has been filed
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects an d
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said Administrator;and has
<br />accounted for all of the property of said deceased cominginto his hands or under his control,1
<br />has pa.i.;d all legacies under the will and supplemental agreement and Yhasmade distribution of
<br />the personal property in accordance with the terns of the will and sups le:nental agreement or
<br />compromise of the will contest as filed herein.
<br />The court further finds that notice as required bar law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the tune limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate,a.nd
<br />tnat the tine allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have 'been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding agairst said
<br />deceased and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the adninistrator
<br />be and the sa,ae hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report and account.
<br />It is further considered,ordered and decreed by the court that all persons not having claims
<br />and not having filed their claims herein,if any,are forever barred,excluded and precluded fro
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />The tout finds that the said Alice Rader departed this life on the first day of march,
<br />1925,that she was at the tine of filer death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and that she left a, last will and testament which instrument was filed for probate in this
<br />court on t,:P 26th day of March, 1928 and was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in thi s
<br />court on the 29th da.y of Iay,1y28.
