<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island,in said
<br />County,on the 9th day of November A.D.,1925.
<br />Present J.H.Mullin,County Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Abrahm Leiser,deceased.
<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on
<br />the 17th day of October,1928,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Abraham Leiser,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 9th day of November;
<br />1928,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Abraham Leise3
<br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of this County Court thif
<br />9th day of November,1928.

<br />and that no appeal has been taken from the allowance of said will.
<br />The Court further finds that Melvina Leiser who is named in said las will of Abraham W.
<br />Leiser,deceased predeceased him and departed this life on the 4th day of March,1928,and .
<br />that it was necessary to appoint an administrator with a will annexed for said estate and
<br />that Alvin A.Leiser was a suitable person to act and was so appointed as administrator with
<br />a will annexed.
<br />The Court finds that said Abraham W.Leiser died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter ( SWj) of Section two ( 2) ,Township eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M.,and
<br />An undivided two - thirds (213) interest in the North half of the Northwest Quarter (N�NWu
<br />Section three (3),in said Township eleven (11) North,Range ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.and
<br />An undivided one -third (j) interest in Lots six (6),Block Thirteen (13) of Russell Wheeler
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />An undivided one -third (j) interest in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest quarter (NW�
<br />NW1) of Section eleven (11),Township eleven (11) North,Range ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors as providedby la5f as to the
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate by publication in the Oranc
<br />Island Herald,a weekly newspaper printed and published in said Hall County,Nebraska,and of
<br />general circulation therein,and that the time so allowed for filing Blaims,has fully expired
<br />and that all claims against said estate have been paid and all claims outstanding against
<br />said estate,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred.
<br />It is therefore ordered that all persons are forever barred and precluded from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Abraham W.Leiser,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that as Melvina Leiser the wife of the said Abraham W.Leiser,pre-
<br />deased her husband,that theprovisions of said will cannot be carried out and that said Melvin
<br />Leiser took nothing under said will and that the effect of said will is the same as though
<br />said Abraham W.Leiser died intestate.
<br />The Court further finds that the children and heirs of said Melvina Leiser are Alvin A.
<br />Leiser,Floyd Leiser,Helen Leiser and Rebecca Vocke and barring her husband Abraham W.Leiser,
<br />9 are the same and identical persons who are the heirs of said Abraham W.Leiser.
<br />The Court finds that all of the aforesaid real estate descended upon the death of the said
