<br />by absolute title,to William J.O'Hollaren,Betty Ann O'Hollaren,and Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,Jr.,
<br />and to the survivors of them living at the time of the death of Anna O'Hollaren,surviving
<br />widow of said deceased,subject only to the life estate therein devised to the said Anna
<br />O'Hollaren,under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased,
<br />and distribution of the real estate of which said deceased died the owner is hereby accord-
<br />ingly made.

<br />Now on this 18th day of iday,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Alvin A.Leiser,administrator of Melvina Leiser,deceased.
<br />There being present in Court Arthur C.Mayer ,Attorney- at- Law,representing said adminis-
<br />trator,and upon examination of the final report of said Alvin A.Leiser,heretofore filed,
<br />the Court finds that the same is correct and ought to be allowed,and that allpersons inter-
<br />ested in this estate,to -wit: Alvin A.Leiser,Floyd Leiser,Helen Leiser and Rebecca Vocke,
<br />each for him and herself,have filed their acceptance in writing of said report as the true
<br />and final report of said administrator and have waived time and notice of the hearing there-
<br />on and have asked this Court to accept the same as being true and correct,and further asked
<br />this Court that said administrator 'be discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said administer has accounted for all of the estate coming
<br />into his possession or under his controll and has paid all costs,claims,debts or encumbrances
<br />of any and all kinds and description against said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due from this estate or from
<br />the heirs interested herein.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the report of said administrator be and
<br />the same is,hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and that he be dis-
<br />charged of his trust.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Melvina Leiser died on the 4th day of March,1928,
<br />being at the time of her death,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left no will
<br />or testament;that upon petition duly filed andnotice thereon given,Alvin A.Leiser was appoirt
