<br />for in the third paragraph of the last will and testament of said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,decease4,
<br />and that they have paid over to Anna O'Hollaren,surviving widow and residuary legatee under
<br />the last will and testament of Lloyd S.a'Hollaren,deceasgd,all the rest,residue,and remainde
<br />of the personal estate of said deceased,and that nothing further remains in the hands of sai<
<br />Executrices.
<br />The Court further finds that said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren died seized as the owner by fee
<br />simple title,of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) and Six (6),in Block Four (4) of the Original
<br />Town of St.Libory,in Howard County,Nebraska,which said premises was the home and homestead o]
<br />the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren and Anna O'Hollaren,his wife,at the time of the death of the said
<br />Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will an d testament,
<br />the same passes,by absolute title,to William J.O'Hollaren,Betty Ann O'Hollaren,and Lloyd S.
<br />O'Hollaren,Jr.,and to the survivors of them,living at the time of the death of Anna O'Hollare
<br />surviving widow of said deceased,share and share alike,subject only to the life estate devise
<br />to the said Anna O'Hollaren therein,under the terms and conditions of the last will and tesps
<br />ment of said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren died seized as the owner by fee
<br />simple title of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section Twenty -one (21),
<br />in Township Thirteen (13),Nortdn,Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,and Lot Four (4) of the
<br />P
<br />northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section Twenty -dne (21) in Township Thirteen
<br />(13 ) North, Range Nine ( 9 ) West ,the same being the premises upon which the deceased conducted
<br />a mercantile business in St.Libory,Nebraska,all in Howard County,Nebraska,and that under
<br />the terms and provisions of the last will add testament of the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,dece
<br />said real estate,and all of the same,passed,by absolute title,to Anna O'Hollaren,surviving wi
<br />of the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased,as residuary devisee under the last will acid testa-
<br />ment of said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased,is not
<br />subject to ac inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal estate
<br />tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title,of Lot Eighteen (18) in Block Eleven (11) in Ashton Place,an addition to the
<br />city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the..terms and provisions of the last
<br />will and testament of the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased,said real estate passed,by abe6lut
<br />title,to Anna O'Hollaren,surviving widow of said deceased,by absolute title as residuary de-
<br />visee under the will of said deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Executrices be,and the same hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrices discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Gill persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined,and ex-
<br />cluded,from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisio
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Lloyd S.O'Hollaren,deceased,the northwest ,quarter
<br />of the southwest quarter of section 21,and Lot 4 of the northeast quarter of the southwest
<br />quarter of said section 21,both in Township 13 North,Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,in Froward

<br />County,Nebraska,and Lot 19 in Block ll,in Ashton Place,an addition to the city of Grand Islan �,
<br />Hall County,Nebre.ska,passed,by absolute title,to Anna O'Hollaren,surviving widow of said
