<br />in St.Libory,Nebraska,where said mercantile business is conducted,as soon as the same can
<br />be done withour sacrifice to my estate.

<br />Now,on this 15th day of May,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon t!L- final report
<br />of Anna O'Hollaren,and William Fagan,Executrimes of the last will and testament of Lloyd
<br />S.0'Hollaren,deeeased,and upon their petition for the allowance and approval of said report,
<br />the settlement of said estate,and their discharge herein,and the Court having examined the
<br />records and files herein,and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for a hearing
<br />upon said report,and no oge appearing to object to the same,and the Court having examined
<br />said report ,together with the vouchers on file,finds that said report is true and correct
<br />in all things,and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report
<br />of said Executrices said estate settled and closed,and said Executrices discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and
<br />that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that allpersons having claims against said es-
<br />tate,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined,and excluded from setting of or assert-
<br />ing any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrices have paid the funeral expenses of said de-
<br />ceased,the costs of this proceeding,and all debts against said estate,and Ya ve paid over to
<br />Anna O'Hollaren and William Fagan,Jr.,as trustees,in trust,the sum of $15,000,for the use
<br />and benefit of 'William J.O'Hollaren,Hetty Ann O'Hollaren,and Lloyd S.0'Hollaren,Jr.,provided
