<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF MERRICK COUNTY,NEBRASKA

<br />DECREE ON FINAL SETTLEMENT.
<br />Now on this 7th day of May,1929,this cause came on to be heard upon the petition of Mary
<br />I.Ratcliff,administratrix of the estate of Margaret Anna Rice,deceased,praying therein for
<br />a settlement of her administration account,for a decree determining heirship,and for her
<br />release from other and further duties in the premises,and was submitted to said court on
<br />said petition and the evidence offered in support thereof,and on consideration whereof the
<br />court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice of the time for hearing upon said petition has been had and
<br />given as required by law and the orders of this court fixing therein this as the time and
<br />place for said hearing and for an examination and settlement of said account and all things
<br />pertaining to the administration and settlement of said estate.
<br />That due and legal notice of the time for filing claims against said estate has been
<br />had and given as required by law and the orders of this court;that all claims filed against
<br />said estate,including funeral expenses and the expenses of administration,have been paid
<br />and discharged and the filing of claims hereafter has been barred by the orders of this court.
<br />That there is no estate tax chargeable or assessable against said estate under the laws
<br />of the United States,and there is no inheritance tax chargeable or assessable against the
<br />interest of any heirs in said estate under the laws of this state.
<br />That the said Margaret Anna Rice died,intestate,on or about the 19th day of June,1929;
<br />that she was at said time a resident and inhabitant of Merrick County,Nebraska,and the owner
<br />of real and personal property situated in this state subject to administration in this court.
<br />That at the time of the death of the said Margaret Anna Rice she left her surviving,as her
<br />sole and only heirs at law andnext of kin,the following named persons,towit:
<br />Mary I. Ratcliff ,a daughter,of Central City,Nebra.ska;
<br />Will Rice,a son,of St.Joe,Arkansas;
<br />John D.Rice,a son of Portland,Oregon;
<br />Nellie E.Hord,a daughter,of Central City,Nebraska;
<br />Robert Rice,a son,of Central City,Nebraska;
<br />all of whom are over the age of twenty -one years.
<br />That at the time of the death of the said Margaret Rice she was the owner'.in fee and in
<br />possession of all of Lots Five,Six,a.nd Seven (5,6,7) Block One Hundred Twenty -one (121) in
<br />Section Five (5) Township Thirteen (13) North,Range Six (6) West of the 6th P.M.;also all of
<br />Blocks Nine and Ten (9,10) Upland's Addition to Central City,Nebra.ska;also all of Lot Two
<br />(2) Block Thirty (30) County Addition to Central City,Nebraska;also all of Lot Two (2) and
<br />a strip of land adjacent to and situated on - -- -side of said Lot,approximately - -- -feet in
<br />width and - -- -feet in length;also all of Lot Seven (7) Frank P.Pa,rkb Addition to Grand Is-
<br />land,Nebraska;also all of Lots Seven land Eight (7,9) Block Fourteen (14) Lambert's Addition
<br />to Grand Island,Nebraska;also an undivided four - ninths (4/9) interest in and to the West
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Eighteen
<br />(18) Township Twelve (12) North,Range Eight (g) West of the 6th P.M „in Merrick County,
<br />Nebraska,all of which said real estate has descended to her children,aforesaid,in equal sharee
<br />That all the residue of the personal property which has come in to the handR of aAir1
