<br />That said deceased died seized as the owner of an estate of inheritance in and to the
<br />following described premises situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit;
<br />Am undivided 1/15 interest in and to the 4est Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section
<br />31,Township 11,North,Range 10,West of the 6th P. -".in Hall County,Nebraska,subject to the
<br />life estate of the above mentioned Mary 011Aalley,his mother,in and to the above premises.
<br />That said real estate,did on the death of the said William A.01I,1;alley,pass and descend
<br />by operation of law,under the law of descent in force in the State of Nebraska ,to the said
<br />Mary 01Yalley,mother and sole heir of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of the said
<br />deceased;that he died intestate,that his funeral expenses and all other expenses have been
<br />fully paid and that all other debts have been fully paid and that all claims or debts of
<br />the said estate and of the said deceased,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded and
<br />the costs of these proceedings have been paid by the petitioner.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUOGED AND DECREED that the said William, A.01Malley,died intes-
<br />tate,as above stated,more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause;
<br />that no application for the appointment of an Administrator of his estate has ever.,been_.
<br />made,nor has any administration upon his estate been had in the State of Nebraska,or at
<br />any other place;that he died seized as the owner of an estate of inheritance in the real
<br />estate above described situated in Hall County,Nebra.ska,and that upon his death the same
<br />passed and descended,by operation of law,to his mother,Mary O'Malley,she being his sole and
<br />only -- heir -a.t -law and said estate is so awarded to her;that said deceased left surviving
<br />him as his only heir- at- law,his said mother,Mary 01Malley,who bore the relation to him
<br />as above set forth,and that the said Margaret Potter,is the petitioner in this cause and a
<br />proper and qualified person to file the said petition and prosecute said cause;that all
<br />debts of said deceased,if any there be,are forever barred and precluded;that further admin-
<br />istration of the estate of said deceased is hereby dispensed with and said estate is settled
<br />and forever closed.
