<br />IN COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />F' IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF

<br />This day this cause came on to be heard on the final report of the Executrix,Anna Stehr;
<br />on consideration whereof I find that all claims and debts against said estate have been paid
<br />and satisfied,including the costs of administration,amounting to the sum of Thirty -eight
<br />and 60 /100 dollars,leaving in her hands as guardian under the will of the deceased the sum o
<br />Three hundred fifty -five and 88/100 dollars. And 7e aving in her custody as such guardian
<br />the following described real estate to -wit:

<br />East i,lot 3,block SO,Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.Lots 20 & 21.block 19.1-oup
<br />City Sherman County,Nebraska,which lots in Loup City are now occupied by Anna Stehr who has
<br />a life estate therein.
<br />In tie matter of the sale of the lots 1 & 2 in block 14,in Bennett Cedar County,Iowa,to
<br />satisfy the mortgage thereon,her action in the premises is in all approved,ratified and
<br />confirned;under the provisions of said will I find that said Anna Stehr is entitled to hold
<br />the real estate above described,and collect the rents,issues and profits arising therefrom
<br />until the youngest child of the deceased,Leo Nile Stehr shall arrive at the age of twenty -on
<br />years and to use such rents,issues and profits for the purpose;FIRST to paying taxes and
<br />E; keeping such property in repair;SEC1ND for the purpose of supporting herself and minor chil
<br />I further fin. -A. that when said Leo Nile Stehr shall arrive at the age of twenty -one years
<br />to -wit on June 21,1y27,at which time said property under the terms of the will shall be
<br />j divided among the heirs share and snare alike subject to rights of the widow Anna Stehr.
<br />The Court finds that creditors of the Fred +Y.Stehr,deceased,were by orderof court dated
<br />I
<br />May 4th,1907,allowed six months from the 20th day of May,1907,in which to present their
<br />k`
<br />claims with the proof thereof,in the office of the County Judge of Hall County,Nebra.ska;that
<br />due and legal notice was given all persons interested of the time allowed and place appointe
<br />for filing claims;:hat the time so allowed has long since expired,and that therefore,all
<br />persons are forever barred fro. ,i filing or setting up any claims or demands against said
<br />j! estate and the same is fully settled and closed.

<br />The Court finds that the said Fred W.Stehr left surviving his as his heirs at law the
<br />I
<br />following named persons:Anna Stehr,his widow,and Albert Stehr,Frieda Stehr,Fred Stehr and Le(
<br />i.
<br />Nile Stehr his children.
