<br />li WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BENJAMIN FEEHAN,DECEASED.
<br />I,Benjamin Feehan,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory,do make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last sickness and
<br />burial,be first paid out of my personal property,and if that be not sufficient,I direct that
<br />my executtix,hereinafter named,sell,such of my real estate as in her judgment would best con
<br />serve my estate for the purpose of paying said debts,hereby giving to her full and complete
<br />authority to sell same and give good and sufficient title thereto without application to or
<br />license from any court for 1;Uat purpose.
<br />I further direct that my said executrix shall erect on my grave,a suitable monument such
<br />as in her judgment shall be placed there and that same shall be paid for out of my estate.
<br />SECOND: I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Bridget Feehan,all of my estate,
<br />real,personal and mixed,and wherever situated,for her sole use and benefit during her natural';
<br />life;my intention being hereby,that she shall use the income therefrom for her support and
<br />i
<br />maintenance and in case that be not sufficient to support her in comfortthat I direct that sl*
<br />shall nave the authority and power to use so much of the principal of mkt estate as may be
<br />necessary for that purpose.
<br />After the death of my said wife and the termination of said life estate ,I direct that all"
<br />of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,which my said wife has not consumed for her
<br />j
<br />support,be equally divided between my nephew,Ben Fehin,of Curra,Kanturk,County of Cork,Irelan4,

<br />and the surviving children of James Keefe,of Sternville,Pennsylvania,brother of my said wife E

<br />Bridget.The intention being hereby that the said Ben Fehin shall take one -half and the sur-
<br />viving children of James Keefe shall take one -half of residue and remainder of my estate,sub -ii'
<br />jest to the life estate and use thereof of my said wife,Bridget Feehan,and in the event of
<br />the death of the said Ben Fehin or the surviving children of the said James Keefe,after my
<br />dea.th,leaving issue or descendant,than it is my will thdt his share shall not lapse,but shal
<br />be divided between said issue or descendant by right of representation.
<br />THIRD;I hereby name,nominate and appoint my said wife,Bridget Feehan,executrix of this my
<br />last will and testament,and direct that she shall not be required to gibe bond as such exe-
<br />cutrix.
<br />In witness whereof,I have hereunto subscribed my name to this instrument,consisting of
<br />two pages of typewritten matter,all of which I have identified by signing my name thereto,
<br />on this second-'day of October,A.D.1916.
