<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PATRICK. W.MCGUIRE.
<br />I,Patrick W.McGuire of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory do
<br />.make and publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />First.I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,including the
<br />expenses of my last sickness and death,and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to
<br />probate and of administering my estate from such personal property as I may have at the time
<br />of my death and as soon thereafter as can be conveniently arranged.
<br />Second.I give and devise unto my beloved wife,Katherine McGuire all of the real estate of
<br />which I may die seized to be by her held for and during the terms of her natural life.She
<br />to take all the rents and profits therefrom and she to be charged with all taxes and assess - ij
<br />ments thereon,and she to be required to keep the buildings and improvements thereon insured
<br />in a reasonably amount,and to keep said premises in reasonably fit condition.At the death
<br />of my said wife the remainder thereof to pass and descend,share and share alike,to my chil-
<br />dren,namely: Harold J.McGuire,Allen G.VoGuire,Paul w.McGuire,Charles R.McGuire,Roger McGuiie
<br />and Eileen McGuire.In the event of the death of any of the above mentioned children,preced-
<br />ing my death,the child or children,of such deceased child to take the share intended for the
<br />parent.
<br />Third.I give and bequeath unto my said wife,Katherine McGuire,all of the personal property j!
<br />of which I die seized for and during the term of her natural life the remainder thereof,at
<br />her death,to pass to my sons,Harold J.McGuire and Roger McGuire.By the within I intend that i
<br />my said wife shall be required to give no bond to account for such personal property,that j
