<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Daniel..Dangler,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 3d day of April,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />John W.Dangler,Executor of the last will and testament of Daniel Dangler,deceased,and upon
<br />his petition for the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein,and the Court having
<br />i
<br />examined the records and files herein,and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for a hearing
<br />•I
<br />upon said report and petition,and the Court having examined said report,together with the
<br />vouchers on file,and no one appearing to object to the same,finds that said report is true
<br />and correct in all things,and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the
<br />final report of said executor,said estate settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />i
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,and
<br />that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Daniel Dangler was a widower at the time of his
<br />death,and that he left surviving him,as his heirs at law,legatees,and devisees,and his only
<br />j heirs at law,legatees,and devisees,Anna Shafer,and Belle Phillips,daughters,and John W.Dang-
<br />ler,a son;that said Executor has paid in full the bequests for $3500.00 each in favor of the
<br />said Anna Shafer and Belle Philli s , da ug hters-of said deceased , has
<br />paid the funeral expenses
<br />of said d eoeased,the debts of said estate,and haspaid over to himself,individually,as resid-
<br />uary legatee and devisee,the remainder of said estate,and that nothing farther remains in
<br />the hands of said Executor belonging to said estate,and that said estate is not subject to
<br />an inheritance.tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal estate tax under
<br />the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Daniel Dangler died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title ,of the southwest quarter of Section Thirty -two (32),in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North of Range Ten (10) Vest of the 6th P.M.,in Hall Opunty,Nebraska,and that said Executor
<br />duly sold said real estate for the purpose of paying debts and legacies.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />John W.Dangler,Executor of the last will and testament of said Daniel Dangler,deceased,be,
<br />and the same hereby is,in all things,allowed and approved as and for the final report of said
<br />Executor,said estate of said Daniel Dangler is hereby settled and closed and said Executor
<br />discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the deoeased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined and ex-
