<br />PETITION FOR ORIGINAL PROBATE OF WILL, it
<br />T" THE HON.JOHN H.BARRY COUNTY JUDGE FOR THE COUNTY OF SAUNDERS STATE OF NEBRASKA; I
<br />THE PETITION OF Ashford H.Magee who is of the age of twenty -one yea's and upwards,of the
<br />county of Lancaster respectfully shows;
<br />That George Magee late of Ashland in said County of Saunders departed this life in said
<br />city of Ashland on Wednesday the 26th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
<br />eight hundred ?nd ninety eight leaving a last Will and Testament,as your petitioner is in-
<br />formed and verily believes;that your petitioner is a son of the said deceased;that he is
<br />the Executor named in said last Will and Testament;that said last Will and Testament was
<br />filed in said County Court on the 2nd day of November,1898 and that said instrument relates
<br />to both real and personal estate situate in this and Hall County,Nebra.ska.That said deceas-
<br />ed was,at and immediately previous to his death an inhabitant of said County of Saunders
<br />and tnat he was possessed of real and personal Estate,situate and being in the Counties
<br />of Saunders and Hall to be administered,and that the estimated value of.the Real Estate is
<br />the sum of $3000.00 and of the Personal Estate iz the sum of $400.00 or thereabouts,as
<br />your petitioner is informed and verily believes.
<br />And your petitioner further show that the names,ages and residences of the heirs at
<br />law of said decea.sed,and of other persons interested in his estate,are as follows;
<br />Mary E.Magee,a daughter,aged about 40,Ashla.nd,Nebr.
<br />Harriet J.Fisher " if if 50,Auburn,Nebr.
<br />William H.iAagee,a son, of If 56,Grand Island,Nebr.
<br />Ashford H.Magee " if if " 54,University P1ace,Nebr.
<br />Noah T.Magee, " if if " 48,Fairmont,Nebr.
<br />John A.Magee, if If if if 45,Oskaloosa,Iowa.
<br />James E.Ma.gee, " If if If 52,Fairmont,Nebr.
<br />George E.Magee, " if If " 34,Ashland,Nebr.and
<br />Sarah C.Spink,a daughter, " " 36,'doniphan,Nebr.
<br />four petitioner therefore prays that all persons interested in said estate may be duly
<br />cited as required by law,and as to this Court may seem proper,to show cause if any there
<br />be,why said instrument may not be proved ,approved,probated,a.11owed and recorded,as the last
<br />Will and Testament of the said George lagee,deceased,and why the execution of said instru-
<br />ment may not be committ6d and the administration of said estate may not be granted to your
<br />petitioner herein,as Executor and that such other and further order and proceedings may
<br />be had in the premises as may be required by the statutes in such case made and provided.
