If <br />"lfllrrrrrinnn, +rrrin +r +rn,rnrin rnrr1rnrrr11111r1nn11 <br />This matter coming on befor.the Court for hearing on March 15th,1928 upon the final <br />account and petition for distribution. And it appearing to the Court that due notice of <br />said hearing had been given in accordance with the law and no one appearing to contest the <br />same,thereupon,the Court made an examination of the said account and petition and became <br />informed in the premises. <br />It is therefore Bound that all proceedings required by law have been had for the proper <br />filing,examination and allowance of claims against the said estate and all claims against <br />said estate have been paid and any claims not filed are caly barred;that the funeral expensee <br />of Asa Morrison Birchard,deceased,and the expenses of the last illness have been paid or pa.y- <br />ment is provided for herein. <br />That the said deceased died seized of the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lot 71,Hawthorne Place and Addition to Grand Island.Lot 5 Block 30 of Packer and Barris <br />second addition to the City of Grand Island. <br />That the sole and only heirs at law of the deceased are his widow,Luvenia Jane Birchard, <br />and her two children,Albert Harrison Birchard and ,Mh,ry Jane Debolt.That by virtue of the last!l <br />will and testament all of the property of the said deceased was willed to and should be veste14 <br />in his wife,LuVenia Jane Birchard,except the sum of $1.00 to each of his ehildren,which sums a <br />t i <br />have been paid and receipted for.
