C4�-l"," <br />- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0-0 �� egi at er o Deeds <br />.. 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 - <br />0 -0 -{ <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of John W.Denman, FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on this 13th day of March,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Albert J.Denman,Administrator of the estate of John W.Denman,deceased,and upon his peti- <br />tion for the allowance and approval of said report,the settlement of said estate,and his <br />discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files herein,and being fully <br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons inter- <br />ested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition, <br />and the Court having examined said report,which contains the written approval thereof signed <br />by Ida M.Denman,Minnie Jessup,and Albert J.Denman,the heirs at law and only heirs at law <br />of said deceased,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same <br />ought.to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator,said Ad- <br />ministrator discharged and said estate settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,an3 <br />that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against daid es- <br />tate,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any <br />such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said de- <br />ceased,the costs of this proceeding,and the debts against the estate of said deeeased,and <br />has made due distribution of the balance of the personal estate belonging to said deceased, <br />and nothing further remains in his possession belonging to said deceased,and that the estate <br />of the said John W.Denman,deceased,is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of th e <br />state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States. <br />The Court further finds that the said John W.Denman didd intestate,and at the time of his <br />
