The Court further finds that the said Francis H.Perkins was a widower at the time of
<br />his dea.th,and that he left surviving him,as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,the

<br />following clamed persons: Roy E.Perkins,Agnes Catron,Henry C.Perkins,George F.Perkins,Dewey
<br />E.Perkins,Stella H.Wilson,and Everett C.Perkins,sons and daughters of said deceased,all of
<br />whom are of legal age,and that upon the death of the said Francis H.Perkins the real estate
<br />1i hereinbefore described passed,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force
<br />at the time of the death of the said Francis H.Perkins,to said Roy E.Perkins,Agnes 04tron,

<br />henry C.Perkins,George F.Perkins,Dewey E.Perkins,Stella H.Wilson,and Everett C.Perkins,sons
<br />and daughters of said deceased,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Henry C.Perkins,Administrator of the estate of the said Francis H.Perkins,deceased,be,
<br />and the same hereby is,in all things,approved and allowed as and for his final report,said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed,and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded,and enjoined from
<br />{ setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that upon the death of the said
<br />Francis H.Perkins,Lot 7,in Block 17,in the Village of Cairo,Hall County,Nebraska,passed
<br />and desconded,under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the
<br />death of the sai d Francis H,Perkins,to Roy E.Perkins,Agnes Catron,Henry C.Perkins,George

<br />!! share alike,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
