<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Francis H.Perkins,
<br />Deceased. Now,on this 9 day of March,1929,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Henry C.Perkins,Administrator of the estate of Francis
<br />H.Perkins,deceased,and upon his petition for the settlement of said estate and his discharge
<br />herein,and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for a hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the I

<br />Court,having examined said rep ort,together with the vouchers on file,and no one appearing to J

<br />object to the same,finds that said report is true and correct in all things,and. that the same
<br />i ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administrator,said es-
<br />tate settled and closed and said Administrator discharged. 3
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the i
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has
<br />fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,
<br />and not filed within the time limited by the Court,ane forever barred,and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said
<br />deeeased,the debts against said estate,and the costs of this proceeding,and has made due dis
<br />tribution of the residue of the personal-estate to the heirs at law of said deceased,and thatl
<br />said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or t,
<br />a Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Francis H.Perkins died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title,of Lot Seven (7) in Block Seventeen (17) in the Village of Cairo,Hall County,
