<br />descend according to the provisions of said last will and testament as hereinbefore set out
<br />and the same is hereby awarded to the persons herein named in the proportion herein set out
<br />to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever;and said estate is closed,the executor
<br />discharged and his bond released.
