The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,that the Federal estate tax due from said estate has been paid, i that said Executor has paid all the debts against said estate,the funeral expenses of said 9 deceased,the costs of this proceed ng,all of the special bequests contained in the will of said deceased,and has made due distribution of the residue of said estate in accordance with the terms of the will of said deceased,and as shown by the report of said Executor,and that i said Executor has fully accounted for all of the estate of said deceased,and nothing fur- ther remains in his possession belonging to said estate. The Court further finds that Gladys Reese,Irma Reese,Clarice Reese,and Carl HJieese,are children of Harry Reese ,a son of said Henry Reese,deceased;that Roma Reese and Versha Reese I are children of George Reese,deceased,who was a son of the said Henry Reese,deceased;and that Leona Krueger and Elsie Krueger are children of Bertha Krueger,a daughter of the said Henry Reese,deceased,and together compose all of the grand- children of the said Henry Reese, I deceased,and together constitute the residuary legatees under the last will and testament of the said Henry Reese,deeeased. The Court further finds that the said Henry Reesewas,at the time of his death,the owner �? by fee simple title absolute of the center one -third of Lot Three (3) in Block Eighty (80) s of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the said Henry Reese,deceased,Bertha Kru- eger,a daughter of said deceased,takes a life estate 'therein,and that,subject to the life estate therein,devised to said Bertha Krueger,said real estate passes,by absolute title, to the immediate children of the said Bertha Krueger surviving at the time of the death of the said Bertha Krueger. The Court further finds that the said Henry Reese,deceased,died seized as the owner by i fee simple title absolute of the center forty -four feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Thirty -nine (39) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Nebraska,which said real estate was sold by said Executor in accordance with the terms and provisions of the will of said deoeased,all of which is shown by the report of said Executor. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Executor be,and the same hereby is,in all things,allowed and approved as and for his final report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
