,1V4 4 Egli UTUTRIUM <br />The Court further finds that the deceased left surviving him as his only heirs at law <br />1 <br />the following named persons,to -wit; <br />Therese Stolley,wife <br />Claus F.Stolley,a son <br />Emma. Coons,nee Stolley,a daughter <br />Alvena Shoopman,nee Stolley,a daughter <br />Anna Greve,nee Stolley,a daughter, <br />and William Frederick Stolley,a son <br />and that said heirs are all of legal age and that there are no children of deceased heirs. <br />The Court further finds that by terms and probate of said Last Will and Testament of <br />595 <br />the said Claus F.Stolley,deceased,the use and possession or life interest in and to all of <br />the above described premises passed and descended to Therese Stolley,his widow,and that on <br />the 20th day of August,1910,the said Therese Stolley filed her election to take under the <br />will and relinquish her right to take as such widow under the intestate laws of said State. <br />That the said Therese Stolley died on the let day of December 1929. <br />The Court further finds that by the terms and probate of said last Will and Testament of <br />the said Claus F.Stolley,deceased,and subject to life estate hereinbefore given to the said <br />Therese Stolley all of the real estate hereinbefore described descended in fee simple title <br />as follows,to -wit: <br />The North Half of the North West (NINWJ) of Section Twenty -six (26),Township Twelve <br />(12) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M.to Claus F.Stolley,his heirs and assigns <br />forever,subject to said Claus F.Stolley paying to Anna Greve the sum of Five Hundred and <br />no /100 ($500.00) Dollars. <br />The West Half of the North -east (WJNE}) Quarter of Section Twenty six (26),Township <br />Twelve (12) North Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M. to William Frederick Stolley, <br />subject to the said William Frederick Stolley paying to Anna Greve the sum of One Thousand <br />and no /100 ($1000.00) Dollars. <br />The North Half of the South Half of the North -west (NJSJNWJ) Quarter of Section Twenty - <br />six (26) Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M.to Emma Coons <br />subject to said Emma Coons paying to Anna Greve the sum of Five Hundred and no /100 ($500.00) <br />Dollars <br />The South Half of the South Half of the Northwest (S�SJNWJ) Quarter of Section Twenty- <br />six (26) Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M.to Alvena Shoop - <br />man,subject to Alvena Shoopman paying to Anna Greve the sum of Five Hundred and no /100 <br />($500.00) Dollars.The Court further finds that Alvena Shoopman and Aleena Shoopman is one <br />and the same person and that where her -name appears in said Will and any of the probate <br />proceedings as Aleena Shoopman it is throught mistake in the spelling of her said name, <br />which name is Alvena Shoopman,nee Stolley. <br />i! <br />The Court further finds that the bequest to Anna Greve of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2500.�0) <br />Doilars,which was to be paid to her as follows,to -wit; <br />$500.00 by Claus F.Stolley <br />1000.00 by William Frederick Stolley <br />500.00 by Emma Coons <br />500.00- by Alvena Shoopman <br />has been paid in full and that receipts from the said Anna Greve to her respective brothers <br />and sisters are on file,and that the lien created by said Will on the respective real estate <br />going to each of them to insure the payment of this bequest is hereby released and held for <br />naught. <br />The Court further finds that neither the said estate,nor the share of any legatee is sub- <br />ject to any inheritance tax. <br />The Court finds that the executrix paid the fuze ral expenses of the deceased,the debts <br />
