Stolley,decemsed. <br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on <br />the 2 rd day of Jul 1910,the instrument <br />r 3 y y purporting to be the last will and testament of Clan's <br />i <br />F.Stolley,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 20th day of August 1910, <br />said instrument to which this certificate. is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed 1 <br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Claus F.Stolley,de- <br />ceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN 'WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court <br />'i <br />this 20th day of August 1910. <br />r <br />(SEAL) J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE } <br />i <br />(FINAL DECREE <br />CLAUS F.STOLLEY,DECEASED <br />} <br />Now on this 28th day of December,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of William Frederick Stolley,administrator De Bonis Non;and the Court having examined the <br />i <br />records and files and being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice had <br />been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing! <br />i <br />upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />And no one appearing to object to said report the Court examined the same together with th <br />testimony offered in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises,finds that said 1 <br />report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed and approved <br />as and for the final report of said Administrator De Bonis Non. <br />i <br />The Court further finds that Claus F.Stolley departed this life testate on the 19th day <br />of July 1910 and at the time of his death,the said Claus F.Stolley was a resident and inhabit Lnt <br />of Hall County,Nebraska. <br />ij <br />The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of July,1910 Therese Stolley,executrix named f <br />i <br />in said last Will and Testanent,filed in this Court her verified petition praying for the all w- <br />ance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last Will and Testament of said Claus <br />F.Stolley,deceased;that the Court thereupon fixed the 20th day of August,1910,as the day for <br />making proof of said Will and due notice of the filing of said petition and the time and <br />place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by Law,and <br />the 20th day of August 1910,being the date fixed for the purpose,said instrument was duly j <br />proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court,as and for the last Will and Testament <br />'I <br />of Claus F.Stolley,deceased,and letters testa mentary were duly issued thereon to Therese <br />i <br />Stolley,the executrix name said Will and she duly qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the timo <br />, <br />!! andplaee fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against the said estate and the tip <br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims aginst said estate,if any such <br />there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said <br />estate <br />The Court further finds that the said Claus F.Stolley died siezed as the owner in fee <br />simple of the following described real estate situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit; <br />The North -west (NW Quarter and the West Half of the North-east W NEl �} o ( � 4) Quarter of Seat <br />!
