And it being further made a condition hereof that the said William Frederick Stolley 593 pay or cause to be paid to our daughter Anna Stolley one thousand dollars ($1000) in cash, upon the death of my said beloved wife;the payment of which is hereby made a condition pre- cedent to the passing of the title to the said land so bequeathed to my said son William Frederick Stolley from me to him. 5.I give and bequeath to our daughter Emma Stolley the north -half of the south -half of the northwest quarter (N.J of S.-. of N.W.J) of said section twenty-six (26),in township twelve (12),north of range twelve (12),west in said county and state,with all improvements thereon. Subject to the use and occupancy thereof,however,by my said wife during her natural life.And it being further made a condition hereof that the said Aleena Stolley pay or cause to bepaid to our daughter Anna Stolley five hundred dollars ($500 in cash,upon the death of my said be- loved wife;the payment of which is hereby made a condition precedent to the passing of the title to the said land so bequeathed to my said daughter Aleena Stolley from me to her. 7.I give and bequeath to our daughter Anna Stolley twenty -five hundred dollars ($2500), to be paid to her as hereinbefore provided to-wit: Five Hundred Dollars ($500) by my said son aforesaid Claus F.Stolley :one thousand dollars ($1000) by my said son William Frederick Stolley;five hundred dollars ($500) by my said daughter Emma Stolley,and five hundred dollars k$500) by my said daughter Aleena Stolley;which respective sums are hereby made and impress- ed as a lien upon the respective lands hereinbefore bequeathed to my aforesaid respective sons and daughters;to be paid on the death of my beloved wife Therese Stolley. 8.I appoint my beloved wife Therese Stolley executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
