<br />report,together with all other files and the testimony offered in support thereof,finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as
<br />and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said Thomas Langan,departed this life on the first day of
<br />Apri1,1928,at his residence in Hall County, Nebraska, and at the time of his death,and immediate
<br />ly prior thereto,was a resident and inhabitant of said county of Hall and state of Nebraska,
<br />and that a petition was duly filed for the appointment of an administrator,and after due and
<br />legal notice had been given of the time set for hearing thereon,the Grand Island Trust Com-
<br />pany was appointed Administrator of said estate and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said ThomasLangan left surviving him,as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law,the following: Marie Burns,daughter,Mike Langan,a son,Eliza Collins,a daughter,
<br />Nellie Laughlin,a daughter,Catherine Dahms,a daughter,and William Langan,a son.
<br />The Court further finds that said Thomas Langan departed this life seized of the following
<br />described real estate,to -wit; an undivided two- thirds interest in and to the northerly 88 feet
<br />of Lot Four (4),in Block Seventy -four (74),of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,being a rectangular tract of land having a frontage of sixty -six feet
<br />on East 2d Street and a depth of eighty -eight feet fronting on North Vine Street,in said city.
<br />The Court further finds that said real estate passed and descended,under the laws of des-
<br />cent of the state of Nebraska,as follows:To Marie Burns,an undivided one -sixth interest ;to
<br />Mike Langan an undivided one -sixth interest;to Eliza Collins an undivided one -sixth interest;
<br />to Nellie Laughlin an undivided one -sixth interest;to Catherine Dahms an undivided one -sixth
<br />interest;to William Langan an undivided one -sixth interest;in fee simple.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the state of Nebraska,that said Administrator has paid all the funeral expenses and debts
<br />of the said deceased and costs of administering said estate;that the personal property was
<br />insufficient to pay for the costs of administration and that the same have been paid by the
<br />several heirs at law,to avoid the expense of an administrator's sale of said real estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate ought to be closed and the Administrator discharge]
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time

<br />and place fixed..'for filing claims against the estate of said Thomas Langan,deoeased,and that
<br />the time do fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the estate of
<br />I
<br />Thomas Langan,deoeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and ex-
<br />eluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said Grand Island
<br />Trust Company,Administrator of the estate of Thomas Langan,deceased,be,and the same is hereby
