It - <br />of Maggie Langan,, FINAL DECREE. <br />Deceased. <br />Now,on this 26" day of December,1929,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Grand Island Trust Company,Administrator of the estate of Maggie Langan,deeeased,and the <br />Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds <br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time <br />and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the <br />a� <br />Court having examined said final report ,together with all other files,and the testimony <br />offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and <br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administrator. <br />The Court further finds that the said Maggie Langan departed this life on the 13th day of <br />April,1920,at her place of residence in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that she was, <br />immediately preceding her death,a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that <br />a petition was duly filed for the appointment of an administrator,and after due and legal <br />notice and hearing thereon,the Grand Island Trust Company,of Grand Island,Nebraska,was <br />appointed administrator of said estate and qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that said Maggie Langan left surviving her,as her heirs at law, <br />and her sole and only heirs at law,the following;Thomas Langan,husband,Marie Burns,daughter, <br />Mike Langan,a son,Eliza Collins,a daughter,Nellie Laughlin,a daughter,Catherina Dahme m <br />daughter,and William Langan,a son. <br />The Court further finds that said Maggie Langan died seized of an undivided one -half in- <br />terest in and to the following described real estate,to -wit: The northerly eighty -eight <br />(88) feet of Lot Four (4) in Block Seventy -four (74) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand <br />tsland,Hall County,Nebraska,being a rectangular tract of land having a frontage of sixty- <br />six feet on East 2nd Street and a depth of eighty -eight (SS) feet fronting on North Vine <br />Street,in said city. <br />The Court further finds that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,said one- <br />half undivided interest in said real estate aforesaid described,passed and descended to <br />Thomas Langan an undivided one -third of said one - half;to Aa.rie Burns an undivided one -ninth <br />interest of said one -half interest;to Mike Langan an undivided one -ninth interest of said <br />one -half interest;to Eliza Collins an undivided one -ninth interest of said one -half interest;,,, <br />to Nellie Laughlin an undivided one -ninth interest of said one -half interest;to Catherine <br />Dahms an undivided one -ninth interest of said one -half interest;to William Langan an undivid <br />ed one -ninth interest of said one -half interest;subject,however,to the homestead interest of <br />said Thomas Langan,surviving husband. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the <br />laws of the state -of Nebraska,that said Administrator has paid all the funeral expenses and <br />debts of the deceased and costs of administering said estate;that the personal property of <br />said deceased was insufficient to pay the costs of administering said estate and the several <br />heirs at law have contributed herein the sum of $29.50 to cover the expenses thereof ,and the <br />Court further finds that said estate ought to be closed and the Administrator discharged. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the <br />time and place fixed forfiling claims against the estate of said Maggie Langan,deeeased, <br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against the <br />I' estate of Maggie Langan,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever <br />
