<br />its hands or under its co ntrol,has paid all debts filed and allowed against said estate
<br />and has turned over to the sole legatee,Harriet Dryer all personal propertyremaining and
<br />that there remains no property in its hands belonging to said estate.

<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for the final account of said executor.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,by publication for four
<br />consecutive weeks as required by law and that the time limited for filing hlaims has fully
<br />expired and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed,if any such there
<br />be,are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing;
<br />or setting up any claims against the estate of Fred C.Dryer,deeeased,and that said estate
<br />is closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Fred C.Dryer departed this life on the 11th day of
<br />Lecember,1926,being at the time of his death a residentof Hall County,Nebraska,and leaving
<br />a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate
<br />in this court on the 18th day of January,1927,and recorded in this office,and that he left
<br />surviving.him as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law,the following named persons;
<br />Harriet Dryer,his widow,and Charles F.Dryer,Arthur Dryer and Earl Dryer,4is sons.
<br />The court further finds that the said Fred C.Dryer was at the time of his death the
<br />owner in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State
<br />of Nebraska,to -wit;
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block- Twenty -nine (29) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island and the South -east Quarter (SEJ) of section Fifteen (15),in Township Eleven (11) in
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testa-
<br />ment the said Lot 3 in Block 29,in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island
<br />passed to and became the property of the said Harriet Dryer,widow of the testator.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the Last `gill of the said Fred C.Dryer,de-
<br />ceased,the Southeast Quarter of section 15,in Township 11,Range ll,in Hall County.Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend at his death to the said Harriet Dryer,his widow,for the terra of her
<br />natural life,she to have all the use,income and profits from real estate,and that at her
<br />death said real estate passes and descends to the children of said Fred C.Dryer in equal
<br />shares.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Lot 3 in Block 29,in Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend
<br />at his death under the terms of his Will,to Harriet Dryer,his widow,in absolute title.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CON SIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the South -east Quarter (SEJ) of
<br />Section 15,in Township 11 in Range 11 west of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass
<br />and descend at the death of the said Fred C.Dryer under the terms of his last will and testa -,
<br />ment,to Harriet Dryer,his widow -for her use and benefit during the term. of her natural
<br />life,and that at her death all of said real estate passes and descends to Charles F.Dryer,
<br />Arthur Dryer and Earl Dryer,sons of the testator,in absolute title and in equal shares.
