M. <br />egister of e s <br />-o_o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o_o-oa.o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-\-o-o-o-o-o-o-o_o_o_o-o-o-o-o- <br />FINAL DECREE _ <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF,HALL COUNTYNTHRABKA. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />Gust E.Anderson,deceased. ) <br />On this 23rd day of November,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />of Arthur H.Anderson,Administrator of the estate of Gust E.Anderson,deceased,and its appear- <br />ing to the court from the proof now on file,that notice as required by law was given to all <br />persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for the hearing thereor <br />and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report. <br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and <br />ought to be approved and allowed;that said administrator has paid all debts afiled and allowe <br />against said estate as well as the costs of administration(and has accounted for all of said <br />estate coming into his-hands or under his control. <br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of said administrator be and the <br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his finl account and he is discharged of his <br />t rust . <br />The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased <br />as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the <br />time so allowed has fully expired;that all claims outstanding against said estate,if any such <br />exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims against the estate of Gust E.Anderson,deceased. <br />The court finds that the said Gust E.Anderson departed this life,intestate,on the 25th <br />day of April,1927,that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall <br />i <br />Count y,lebraska,and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law,and his only heirs at law, <br />the following named persons; <br />Emma C.Anderson,his widow,Arthur H.Anderson,Marvin C.Anderson and Alton C.Anderson, <br />his sons,and Fred C.Heins,his grandson,sole surviving child of Olive E.Anderson Heins, <br />a deceased daughter. <br />The court further finds that the said Gust E.Anderson was at the time of his death the <br />owner in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State <br />of Nebra.ska,to -wit; <br />Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEJNEJ) of Section twenty -dne <br />(21) in Township Eleven (11) Nathh,of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. I. ,in the City of <br />Grand Island,more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a point in the easterly lin <br />of Clark Street where the same would be intersected by the Southerly line of John Street (if <br />extended),running thence Southerly along said easterly line fifty (0) feet,thence Easterly <br />at right angles,one hundred and twenty -four feet (124),thence Northerly at right angles,fiftyl <br />(50),feet to what would be the Southerly line of John Street (if extended) and thence "Vesterlr <br />along said Southerly line 124 feet to the place of beginning,being a rectangular piece <br />I <br />of ground having a Westerly frontage of 50 feet on Clark Street,a depth of 124 feet,and bound; <br />
