<br />I, J. H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do
<br />hereby certify that on the 8" day of March 1928, the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Julia M.Blunk, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3"
<br />day of April 1928, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, pro-
<br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Julia
<br />M. Blunk, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court afore-
<br />said.

<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />of Julia M. Blunk, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 13th day of November, 1928, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Ella Blunk, executrix of the last will and testament of Julia M. Blunk, deceased, and upon
<br />her petition for a settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court having
<br />examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fined for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered
<br />by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said report the Court examined the same,togeth
<br />er with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in
<br />the premises, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approve
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Julia M. Blunk, departed this life on the let day of March,
<br />1928, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of said county of Hall and

<br />I state of Nebraska.
<br />iThe Court further finds that on the 8th day of March,1928, Ella Blunk filed in this'Court her
<br />dul y verified petition praying fot the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be

<br />,the last will and testament of said Julia M. Blunk, deceased, and that the Court thereupon fixed
<br />the 3d day of Apri1,1928, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, and due
<br />;notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place for hearing thereon was given
<br />by the Court in the manner provided by law, and in said date, the 3d day of April,1928; said
<br />;instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last
<br />swill and testament of said Julia M. Blunk, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued
<br />thereon to Ella Blunk, Executrix as named in said last will and testament, and she thereupon
<br />!( duly qualified as such.
