<br />That each and all of the allegations of the petition herein are true.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED by the court:
<br />That each and all of the matters stated in the findings hereinbefore made be and they are hereby
<br />decreed to be true.
<br />That Mary A. Moore died intestate on the 23rd., day of Julg, 1926 and that the heirs of the
<br />deceased were and are hereby decreed to be, John Moore, Husband, resident of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, Mary A. Moore deist, daughter, resident of Hazard, Nebraska, Anna Moore Gumprecht,
<br />daughter, resident of Shelton, Nebraska, John Moore, Jr.., son, resident of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, William Moore, son, resident of Wood River, Nebraska., Elizabeth Moore Hannon,Omaha,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That the real estate hereinbefore described,towit: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Ten (0)
<br />Village of Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska be and it is hereby assigned as follows,
<br />John Moore, undivided 1/3 interest, absolutely in fee simple, To the said sons and daughters
<br />of the deceased, to each an undivided 2/15 interest, absolutely in fee simple.

<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of

<br />Iv Julia X Blunk of Grand Island make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills
<br />I appoint my daughter Ella Executrix of this will and provide that she need give no bond.
<br />To my daughter Helen Carter I give the sum of five hundred dollars ($500-00)
<br />To my daughter Ella I give the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00)
<br />To my daughter Herta I give the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00)
<br />.To my daughters Ella and Herta, jointly, I give and devise all my real-estate to them and to
<br />the survivor thereof.
<br />The balance of my estate I give to my five children, Ella, Helen, Herta, Adolph and Walter
<br />share and share alike.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 10" day of November 1923.
