<br />said John Jacoby, deceased, pass and descend by virtue of said last will and testament to
<br />Henry Jacoby, and the same has been assigned to the said Henry Jacoby in fee simple absolute,
<br />and the same is hereby set off to him.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT`.OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Mary A. Moore, deceased. )
<br />On this 15th., day of October,1929, this matter came on for hearing and the court finds.
<br />That notice has been given herein as provided and required by law, and that this is the tilpe
<br />and place fixed and designated in the said order and notice for the hearing of this matter;
<br />that the court has acquired and has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this proceeding
<br />and of all persons interested therein.
<br />That after full hearing in said matter, the court further finds; That Mary A. Moore died intes,
<br />ate on the 23rd.., day of July, 1926, a resident of good River, Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the deceased, and no applicat-
<br />ion has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the
<br />estate of the deceased nor have there been any proceedings for the administration of her estate
<br />within the State of 1ebraska, either by an heir or any person claiming to be a creditor of the
<br />deceased or otherwise.
<br />That the deceased left surviving her as her next of kin and heirs at law the following named
<br />and described persons: John Moore, husband, resident of Mood River, Nebraska Mary A. Moore Weis t,
<br />daughter, resident of Hazard, Nebraska, Anna Moore Gumprecht, daughter, resident of Shelton,
<br />Nebraska, John Moore, Jr., son, resident of Grand Island, Nebraska, William Moore, Son, residen
<br />of Wood River,Nebraska. Elizabeth Moore Hannon, daughter, resident of Omaha, Nebraska.
<br />That the deceased at the time of her death was the owner and in possession of the following
<br />described real estate, towit: Lots Seven (7) and Eight (9), Block Ten (10) 'Wood River Village,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that upon her death the same descended to and became vested in the
<br />husband and children of the deceased above-named.
