<br />LILY D.VALLICOTT,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 2nd day of October,1928,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Oscar J.Vallicott heretofore filed herein,praying that the Court determine and find the date "!
<br />of the death of the said Lily D.Vallicott,deceased,that the said Lily D.Vallicott died in-
<br />testate,that the heirs at law of the said Lily D.Vallicott be determined by the Court,and their
<br />respective degree of kinship fixed,and that the right of descent of the real estate of the
<br />said Lily D.Vallicott,deceased,be determine d,a.nd it appearing to the Court,from the proofs on.
<br />file,that due and legal notice,by publication,has been given,as by law and the order of this
<br />Court required,to all creditors,heirs and persons interested in the estate of said deceased,
<br />of the time of the filing of said petition,and of the time and place fixed for the hearing
