<br />The Court further finds that said William O.Baylor,deceased,left surviving him his dau-
<br />ghter,Mina C.Heutlinger,a son,Paul O.Baylor,and an adopted daughter,Ruby Moore Baylor Willis.
<br />The Court further finds that heretofore,to- wit,on the l8th day of May,1909,the said Will-
<br />iam O.Baylor and his wife,Margaret U.Baylor,now deceased,file d a petition in the County
<br />Court of Hall Court y,Nebraska,for the adoption of one Ruby Moore;that after due notice and
<br />relinquishment of the surviving parent of the said Ruby Moore,the County Court of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,entered a decree in said proceedings on the day of ,1909,whioh
<br />said decree,w ong other things,provided:
<br />"IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said infant child,Ruby Moore,be,
<br />and sae hereby,is fully and legally adopted by the said William O.Baylor and Margaret U.
<br />Baylor and that said child shall be known by and have the same of Ruby Moore Baylor and
<br />that said child shall have all the legal rights,privileges,immunities and heirships as if
<br />she had been born unto the said William O.Baylor and Margaret U.Baylor in lawful wedlock,
<br />exceptthat in case either of the petitioners should die intestate,then said Ruby Moore
<br />Baylor shall inherit but one -tenth part as much as she would inherit had she been born as
<br />one of their own children.tl
<br />The Court further finds that said Ruby Moore Baylor has since inter- married with one
<br />Aaron Willis.
<br />The Court further finds that said Margaret U.Baylor and the said William O.Baylor died
<br />intestate.
<br />The Court further finds that said real estate heretofore described passed and descended
<br />as follows:
<br />To Mina C.Reutlinger,an undivided 29 /60ths. interest,
<br />To Paul O.Baylor,an undivided 29/60ths interest, and
<br />To Ruby Moore Baylor Willis an undivided 1 /30th interest,
<br />subject,however,to the life estate of Nancy E.Gilchrist in and to the north half of the
<br />southeast quarter of Section 23,Township 11 North,Range 11 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the state of Nebraska,that there was notsufficient personal property with which to
<br />pay the debts and expenses of the administration,and that Mina C.Reutlinger,one of the heirs
<br />at law herein,has advanced the deficieney,and that all of the claims filed herein have
<br />been paid,and that said estate ought to be closed sad the Administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said William O. Baylor, deceased,
<br />and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the
<br />estate of William O.Baylor,deeeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,aae forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said William A.
<br />Reutlinger,Administrator of the estate of William O.Baylor,be,and the same hereby is approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final report,and that said Administrator is hereby discharged and
<br />his bond released,and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons who have not
<br />filed their claims against the estate of William O.Baylor,deceased,if any such there be,
<br />are forever barred and enjoined and precluded from setting up or asserting such claims again-
<br />at said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT THE REAL ESTARE described as follows'
