<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />Now on this Ilth day of October 19283this cause came on for hearing upon the final report;;

<br />of William A.Reutlinger,Admini-strator of said a state,and the Court having examined the record3
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estateof the time and place fixed for hearing upon said re -'
<br />port,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court,having examined the final r eport,to-
<br />gether w ith allother files,and the testimony offered in support thereof ,finds that said report
<br />is true and correct in all things,and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final
<br />report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said William O.Baylor departed this life at Legion,Texas,on
<br />February 1,1928,and that he was,immediately preceding his death,a resident and inhabitant of
<br />Hall Count y,Nebr,3.ska; and that he was temporarily absent fromsaid county at the time of his
<br />death,-,and that a petition was filed for the appointment of ar administrator and after due
<br />notice,Willian A.Reutlinger was appointed administrator of said estate and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said William O.Baylor died seized of the following described
<br />real estate,to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to the north half of the southeast quaater of
<br />Section Twenty -three (23),Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (1.1) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County,Nebra.ska;
<br />The westerly 33 feetof Lot Four (4) in Block Seventeen (17) of Kernohan & Decker's Additiot,
<br />to the city of Grand Island,in Hail County,Nebraska,and
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block 'twelve (12) in College Addition to West Lawn,in the city of Grand
