AM 4 Egli VVINNIT7 5 � 7: Twenty -three (23),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebra,ska,subjeet to the life estate therein of Nancy E.Gilchrist. The Court further finds that heretofore,to -wit: on the 18th day of May,1909,the said Mar - baret M.Baylam and her husband,Willian O.Baylor,filed a petition in the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska,for the adoption of one Ruby Moore;that after due notice and relinquish- ment of the surviving parent of the said Ruby Moore,the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska, entered a decree in said proceedings on the 3 day of May 1909,which said decree,among other things,provided: "IT IS THEREFORE c onsidered,adjudged and decreed that said infant child Ruby Moore be and she hereby is fully and legally adopted by the said William O.Baylor and Maryregj.Baylor, and that said child shall be known by and have the name of Ruby Moore Baylor,and that the said child shall have all the legal rights,privileges, immunities and heirships,as if she had been born to the said William O.Baylor and Margaret U.Baylor in lawful wedlook,except that in case either of petitioners should die intestate then the said Ruby Moore Baylor shall inherit but one -tenth part as much as she would inherit had she been born as one of their own children." The Court further finds that the said Margaret U.Baylor left surviving her as her sole and only heirs- at- law,William O.Baylor,her husband,Paul Baylor,a son,Mina C.Reutlinger,a daughter,Ruby Moore Baylor Willis,an adopted daughter,and said heirs -at -law are the sole and only surviving heirs of Margaret U.Baylor and that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska and by virtue of the decree of adoption hereinbefore referred to said real estate passed and descended as follows: To William O.Baylor,an undivided one -third interest;to Paul Baylor,an undivided 29/90 interest;to Mina C.Reutlinger an undivided 29 190 interest and to Ruby Moore Baylor Willis,an undivided 2190 interest,all subject to thelife estate therein of Nancy E.Gilchrist. The Court further finds that the said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska;that said administrator has paid all the expenses of the ad- ministration of said estate and that no claims have been filed herein;that there was no per - sonal property with which to pay the expenses of administration and that the same have been advanced and paid by Mina C.Reutlinger,one of the heirs at law and that said estate ought to be closed and the administrator discharged. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing claims against the 4state of said Margaret U.Baylor,deoeased and that the time so fixed has fully expired and that allpersons having claims against the estate of Margaret U.Baylor,deeeased,if any such there be and not filed herein,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said William A.neut- linger,Administrator of the estate.of Margaret U.Baylor,be and the same hereby is approved (' and allowed as and for his final reportand that #aid Administrator is hereby discharged and his bond released andsaid estate is hereby settled and closed.
