<br />The court further finds that under the virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and TestF
<br />went of the said Kressing Voitle all of the right,title and interest of the Testatrix in
<br />and to all of the above described real estate did pass and descend at her death to her son,
<br />John Voitle,under the provisions of her Last Will dnd Testament in absolute title.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that Lot 2 in Block 54 in the Or-
<br />iginal Town,now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and Lot 3 in Block 2 4,Nagy's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Nebra,ska.,did pass and descend at the death of the said Kressing Voitle
<br />to John Voitle,surviving son of the Testatrix,in absolute title and the same is awarded to
<br />him.

<br />MARGARET U.BAYLOR,DECEASED
<br />Now on this 11th day of October,1928,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of William A.Reutlinger,Administrator of said estate and the court having examined the records
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon
<br />said report as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined the final report
<br />together with all other files and tistimony offered in support thereof,finds that said report)
<br />is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final
<br />report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Margaret U.Baylor departed this life at her place
<br />of residence in Grand Island,Ha.11 County,Nebraska,on the 27th day of July,1927and that she
