<br />The court finds that the said Louisa F.Healy departed this life on the 7th day of August,
<br />1924,while and resident and inhabitant of the State of California,and that she died intes-
<br />tate;that at the timeof her death she was the owner of real estate in Hall Oounty,Nebraska.
<br />That she left surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law,Charles C.Healy,her
<br />husband,and Josephine Stiers,Lavina Marti,Reuben Healy,Marie Otto,George Healy and Orval
<br />Healy,her children.That at the time of her death she was the owner in fee of the South half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SJNWJNEJ) and the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SWJNEJ) of section Four (4) Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska.That upon the death of said Louisa F.Healy,
<br />said property did pass and descend,by operation of law,as follows;
<br />To Charles C.Healy,an undivided one -third interest,and to Josephine Stiers,Lavina Marti,
<br />heuben.Healy,Marie Otto,George Healy,and Orval Healy,each an undivided one -ninth interest.
<br />The court finds that there was no personal property belonging to the d eceased,excepting
<br />the income from the real estate,and that the same has been distributed as set out in the
<br />final report.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DEOREED,That Louisa F.Healy departed this life on

<br />the 7th day of August,1924,while a resident of the State of California,and that she died in-
<br />t estate; that at the time of her death she was the owner in fee of the South half of the North
<br />west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SJNWJNEJ) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (SWj NEJ) of Section Four (4) Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) west of
<br />the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left as her heirs at ]a.w and only heirs at
<br />law,Oharles C.Healy,her husband,and Josephine Stiers,Lavina Marti,Reuben Healy,Marie Otto,
<br />George Healy,and Orval Healy,her children,and that the property of said deceased descended
<br />by operation of law as follows; To Charles C.healy,an undivided one -third interest,and to
<br />Josephine Stiers,Lavina Marti,Reuben Healy,Marie Otto,George Healy and Orval Healy,each an
<br />undivided one -ninth interest,and the same is hereby awarded to them and each of them,to have
<br />and to hold to them and their heirs forever,and said estate is clos.ed,andupon his filing re-
<br />ceipts fort he sums distributed by him the administrators discharged and his bond released.
