<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Fred Struebing, FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now,on this 6" day of June,1928,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Grover C.Raven,Administrator of said estate,and the Court having examined the records and
<br />files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said
<br />report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined the final report,
<br />together with all other_'files,and the testimony offered in support thereof,finds that said
<br />report is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for
<br />the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Struebing,departed this life at his place of re-
<br />sidence in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 14th day of March,1927,and that immediately preceding
<br />his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska ;that a petition was
<br />filed for appointment of an administrator and after due notice given thereof the said Grover
<br />C.Raven was appointed and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Struebing died seized of the following described
<br />real estate situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: the northeast quarter of Section Four
<br />(4) in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.,subjeot to a mort-
<br />gage in favor of W.B.Waite.
<br />The Court further finds that said Fred Struebing left,as his sole and onlysurviving heirs
<br />at law,his widow,Sophia Struebing,and the following children :Minnie M111er,aged57,Louis
<br />Struebing,aged 53,Herman Struebing,aged 49,Meta Halm,aged 46,and Ernest Struebing,aged 42;
<br />that the aforesaid described real estate was at the time of the death of said Fred Struebing
<br />his homestead and that said real estate passed and descended,und er the laws of the state of
<br />Nebraska,as follows: To Sophia Struebing,the widow,an undivided one- third;to Minnie Miller,
<br />Louis Struebing,Herman Struebing,Meta Ha.lm,and Ernest Struebing,an undivided two - fifteenths
<br />each,subjeot, however,to the life estate of the widow Sophia Struebing.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the state of Nebraska,and that said Administrator has paid all the funeral expenses
<br />and debts of the deceased and costs of administering said estate,and.that said estate ought
<br />to be closed and the administrator discharged.
<br />I� The Court further finds that the household furniture and wearing apparel and allowance

<br />;j as provided by the laws of the state of Nebraska have been paid to and delivered to the
<br />widow,Sophia Struebing,all as by law provided.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of Fred Struebing,deoeased,and
<br />that-the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate of Fred Struebing,deeeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED thatthe final report of Grover C.Raven,Ad-
<br />ministrator of the estate of Fred Struebing,deceased,be,and the same is hereby approved and
<br />allowed as and for his final report,and said Administrator,upon the filing of receipts from
<br />all the heirs at law of said Fred Struebing,deceased,be discharged and his bond released,and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed.
