<br />Now on this 7 day of August,1929,this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Milo L.Gollaher,administrator of the estate,-..of Thomas J.Gpllaher,deceased,and upon his pe-
<br />tition for a settlement ofsaid estate and his discharge herein,and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files and being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a
<br />hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report,the Court examined the same together with
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof and being duly advised in the
<br />premises,finds that said report is true and correct and that the said report should be
<br />allowed and approved as and for the final report of the said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that Thomas J.Gollaher,deoeased,departed this life on the 18th
<br />day of August,1927,intestate,and at the time of his death the said Thomas J.Gollaher,was
<br />a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 20th day of August,1927,Milo L.Gollaher,a son,filed
<br />in this Oourt his duly verified petition praying that letters of adninistration may be gran*—
<br />ed to him upon the goods,ohattels,rights and credits of the said Thomas J.Gollaher,deceased,
<br />and the Court thereupon fixed the 13th day of September, 1927,as the day for hearing and due
<br />notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon
<br />was given by the Court in the manner provided by law and on the 13th day of September,1927,
<br />Letters Testamentary were duly issued to the said Milo L.Gollaher and he duly qualified as
<br />such.. .
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate,and
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate,
<br />if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such
<br />claims,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas J.Gollaher,deeeased,died seized as the owner
<br />in fee simple of the following described real estate,to —wit:
<br />The North One —half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29,Township 16,Range 10,Howard
<br />County,Nebraska,and
