<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />HENRY PETERS,DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 14th day of June,A.D.1928,this matter came on for hearing on the final report
<br />of the Administratrix,after due notice by publication had been given to all persons interested
<br />of the time fixed and place appointed for hearing said report,and there being no objections
<br />on file and no one having appeared in person to object thereto,the court examined aaid report'
<br />and finds that the same is in all respects correct and that it should be approved and allowed'
<br />as and for her final accounting.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED that the final report of the administratrix
<br />be and the same is hereby allowed as and for her final accounting.
<br />The court further finds that due notice by publication has been given to all creditors
<br />and other persons interested as to the time fixed and place appointed for filing claims
<br />;I
<br />against said estate and that said time has fully elapsed and expired and that all claims filer
<br />r
<br />against said estate have been paid in full and that any claims not so filed,if any such there,
<br />i!
<br />be,should be forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED THAT kll claims filed against said estate hav
<br />been paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be should be,
<br />and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that said Henry Peters departed this life on the 7th day of Novembjr,
<br />1927,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,leaving a last will and testamen
<br />which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 27th day of December,1927,and which

<br />will was duly recorded in this office. That said deceased left surviving him as his heirs and;
<br />only heirs at law,Emily Peters,his widow,and Claus Andreas Peters,Henry WilliamPeters,August
<br />j
<br />John Peters,and Laura Emily Peters,his children,all of whom were over twenty one years of age,
<br />That at the time of his death the said Henry Peters was the owner in fee of the Southeast j
<br />Quarter of Section Thirty (30) in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th I
<br />P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,and of personal property as shown by the inventory filed in this 000rt.
<br />That according to the provisions of said last will and testament all of the personal property;.
<br />was bequeathed to Emily Peters,tie widow,to be hersabsolute.
<br />That the use,ineome,and benefit of the real estate was devised to Emily Peters for and during;;
<br />the period of her natural life,with remainder over to Claus Andreas Peters,Henry William Petei s,
<br />August John Peters,and Laura Emily Peters,in equal shares
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED that all of the personal property of the de-
<br />ceased did pass and descend,according to the provisions of said last will and testament to
<br />Emily Peters and the same is hereby awarded to her,to have and to hold to her and her heirs
<br />forever.That the real estate did pass and descend,aceording to the provisions of said will,
<br />Andreas
<br />to Emily Peters for and during her natural life,and upon her death to Claus APeters,Henry Will«
<br />iam Peters,August John Peters,and Laura Emily Peters,share and share alike,to have and to hold,
<br />to.them and their heirs forever,and the sameis hereby awarded to the,the administratrix is dio-
<br />charged,her bond released,and the estate is closed.
