<br />Now,on this lst day of August,1928,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Fred C.Rembolt,Executor of the Last 'Fill and Testament of t'rederick Rem�olt,deoeased,and
<br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the 0ourt,from the proof now on file,that all persons in -1

<br />terested in the estate of said deceased have been duly notified by publication of,thsfilingl
<br />of said report,and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon,as required by law andij
<br />the order of court dated July 16th,1928,and there being no protest on file,and it further
<br />I
<br />appearing to the Oourt,After a full examination of said report,that the same is correct in
<br />I
<br />all respects and ought to be approved and allowed,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Fred C.Rembolt,Zxecutor of�
<br />i
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Frederick Rembolt,deeeased,be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final report and account. The Court finds that the said.executor !'
<br />has received from all sources the sum of 013,.57;that he has paid out and expended the suml
<br />s' of $13,544.57,and that there remains nothing in his hands for distributionjr The Court finds
<br />that by former order of court,oreditore of the said Frederick Rambo-It were allowed three months
<br />from the 16th day of January,1928,in which to present their olaims,duiy authenticated, in the
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County,Nebraska,or be forever barred-that the time so
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that notice was given all persons,in themanner pr-
<br />vided by law,bf the time allowed and the place appointed for filing olaims;that all claims
<br />i
<br />filed against said estate were paid,and that all claims outstanding against said estate,if
<br />any there be,are therefore barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from
<br />i
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Frederick Remto It , deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frederick Rembolt departed this life on the 31st
<br />day of Ootober,19271,1eaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in
<br />this court on the 8th day of December,1928,and which was in words and figures as followst
<br />"Last Will and Testament.
<br />I,Frederick Rembolt,of the County Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing;!
<br />memory,do hereby make and publish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking'
<br />all former wille,in manner,form and figures as follows,that is to says
<br />1.
<br />I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible and by
<br />k 2.
<br />To my wife,Josephine'Rembolt,I devise Lot Six.(6),Seven (7) and the West Half (Wj) of Lot
